Billing Administrator – Tire Division
Currently, we are seeking a Billing Administrator based out of our Dundalk, MD location to support the billing for our Tire Division. Main Duties:
Billing and invoicing
Opening work orders and purchase orders
Tire Inventory maintenance
Ordering new Tires
Billing tires from inventory to Work Orders
Verification of fees and pricing
Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices
Scheduling appointments
Set up and maintain customer profiles in company database
Work with our sales professional to foster relationships with new and existing customers
Additional administrative duties such as data entry, filing, etc.
Requirements:
Possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant phone demeanor
Must be a team player
Attention to detail
Excellent computer skills- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Quick learner and capable decision maker
Compensation:
A range of $19-22/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
