Service Dispatcher – Tire Division
Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher at our Dundalk, MD location to support our Tire Division. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!
Main Duties:
• Schedule service repairs and dispatch Tire Technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines
• Schedule and dispatch to ensure timely completion
• Open work orders
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers
• Work with Outside Sales representatives and other relevant departments
• Enter information into the computer
• Assist with paperwork and prepare reports
• Additional administrative duties
Requirements:
• Dispatch experience desired
• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Stable work history
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary range:
A range of $19-$22/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
