Title: Inside Sales Assistant

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Objective:

To provide administrative support for the Sales department

Responsibilities:

 Prepare new equipment quotes and presentations

Track incoming and outgoing equipment on order

 Communication with vendors

 Maintain spreadsheets and databases

 Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

 Cross train with Sales Coordinators for quoting, ordering assets, invoicing, and coordinating deliveries

 Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

 Any other assigned duties

Skills Required:

 Multi-tasker

 Strong mathematical skills

 Organized, and attention to detail

 Professional attitude and appearance

 Strong written and oral communication skills

 Strong computer skills, Outlook, Word, and Excel

 Ability to work in a team environment, and well under pressure

 Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

Education:

 High School Diploma or higher
